How we handle your information.

What we collect when you write to us, what we do with it, and what Kiyora is and is not. This page describes our current practice, and we amend it here whenever that practice changes.

Who we are

Kiyora Corporation, a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, is the organisation behind this site, and you can reach us at hello@kiyora.ai. When you send us a pilot request or write to us directly, we decide how the information you give us is used, which makes us the controller of it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the pilot request form: your name, your work email address, your organisation if you choose to give one, your preferred start timing, and whatever you write in the message field. This site carries no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies, so nothing at all is collected in the background while you read it.

Why we hold it

To reply to you and to carry on the conversation you asked us to start. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to advertisers, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

Who else sees it

Your request is delivered by Resend, our email provider, and then rests in our own mailbox, which is hosted by Hostinger. Both handle it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to remove it sooner and we will.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it altogether. Write to hello@kiyora.ai and we will act within thirty days. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Where it is processed

Kiyora operates from the United States and the providers named above hold data there, so anything you send us is processed in the United States.

Kiyora Corporation is not a bank, an insurer, a lender, a money transmitter or a licensed financial adviser. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer, a solicitation or a commitment to provide any financial product or service.

Descriptions of what Kiyora does describe what we are building. Features, timing and availability may change. Any pilot is governed by the separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement, rather than anything on this page, determines what is actually provided.
